- Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
- Keep your body fueled by eating balanced meals and snacks regularly.
- Feel well rested by getting 8 hours of sleep at night.
- Avoid screen time before bed.
- Practice good hand washing. Get a Flu vaccine yearly.
- Move your body daily and exercise regularly.
- Enjoy fresh air and sunshine.
- Make time to spend with friends and do things you enjoy.
