General Recommendations for Staying Well:

    Perfection isn¡¯t the goal; do what you can to take good care of yourself, and let us know how we can support you!
    • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
    • Keep your body fueled by eating balanced meals and snacks regularly.
    • Feel well rested by getting 8 hours of sleep at night.
    • Avoid screen time before bed.
    • Practice good hand washing. Get a Flu vaccine yearly.
    • Move your body daily and exercise regularly.
    • Enjoy fresh air and sunshine.
    • Make time to spend with friends and do things you enjoy.

Transgender, Non-Binary, and Gender Non-Conforming Health Resources

In recognition that transgender, non-binary, and/or gender-nonconforming students may not use their legal name, the College has a? process for students to have their Chosen Name reflected in Champlain¡¯s internal systems such as class rosters, email addresses, student ID cards, and more.
