Historic Setting
All of our available rooms for rent are located in the historic Hill Section of 足彩胜负14场, just minutes from the airport and within walking distance of downtown, where you’ll find fine dining, shopping, nightlife, the waterfront, and the historic Church Street Marketplace. Accommodations in our stunning residence halls are available from mid-May through mid-August. Please contact us for specific dates.
Types of Lodging
Champlain College offers two types of lodging available for summer rental: Victorian-era Mansions and Contemporary Residence Halls. All accommodations include a single or double room with extra-long twin bed, desk, dresser, large shared bathroom, and free wireless Internet access. Some rooms have common lounge areas and access to kitchen facilities. Linen sets are available for rent. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
My experience once we arrived on campus was perfect, staff was more than helpful, the facility was clean and comfortable and the food excellent. The next time I bring a group to Vermont we will be staying with you!
Victorian Era Mansions
We have 14 beautifully restored Victorian-era mansions that encircles the central campus. Once stately homes, each residence hall maintains the gorgeous woodwork, bay windows and curved staircases of its era as well as other architectural elements from the period.
All Champlain College residence halls have wireless internet and are smoke and substance free.
396 Main Street
Students in this residence can simply walk down the hill and enjoy the activity of downtown 足彩胜负14场, making the hall a great balance between campus and off-campus life.
Adirondack Hall
This renovated carriage house is known for its small, close-knit community of only 20 residents, centrally located on Finney Quad.
Bader Hall
Bader neighbors the Center for Communication & Creative Media (CCM), the IDX Student Life Center, and is just a short walk away from other academic buildings.
Bankus Hall
Bankus Hall sits directly across from main campus. A popular feature is a large front yard¡ªperfect for meeting students from other halls and hanging outside to toss a Frisbee or watch the stars.
Carriage House
Home to the smallest number of students, Carriage House fosters a tightly knit residential community. With about ten residents, you’re sure to make nine new friends right off the bat.
Cushing Hall
Just a short walk to the IDX Student Life Center, dining hall, fitness center, and academic buildings, Cushing was renovated to preserve its historic charm and add modern features for student comfort.
Hill Hall
Just across the street from Finney Quad, Hill Hall is close to campus and right next to all the action and all your friends.
Jensen Hall
The hall¡¯s two-level ¡°tower room¡± is one of Champlain¡¯s best-known architectural features. Jensen is located beside Bankus and Rowell, two other Champlain first-year residence halls.
Contemporary Residence Halls
All Champlain College residence halls have wireless Internet and are smoke and substance-free.
Butler Hall
Right in the heart of Finney Quad, Butler Hall has a shared kitchen, large basement, and common spaces on every floor.
Boardman Hall
Boardman Hall is ideal for students looking for suite-style housing with a common room and the privacy of single bedrooms.
Juniper Hall
Like its sister buildings, Valcour and Butler Halls, Juniper has single and double rooms, a fully equipped communal kitchen, a central fireplace, and a large first floor common room.
Valcour Hall
A well-known upperclassmen residence halls on campus, Valcour Hall houses 91 students with designated gender-inclusive housing opportunities and a spacious central common room.
