Neil Phillips Named MLK Week Keynote Speaker
Renowned speaker Neil Phillips will give the keynote address on Martin Luther King Jr. Day at Champlain College in 足彩胜负14场, Vermont.
Champlain College is thrilled to welcome Neil Phillips to campus on Monday, January 16, to deliver his keynote speech, “Celebrating Human Value: Grace and Renewal,” from 4-5 PM in the Center for Communication and Creative Media’s Champlain Room.
Phillips is the Chief Diversity Officer of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, which hosts the annual Golden Globes Awards. Phillips is a speaker and entrepreneur who brings visibility to the most pressing issues of our time: value and equity. He creates opportunities that elevate human value in education, business, and the public/private sector. Speaking on topics of diversity, education, and culture, his vision of inclusivity inspires all to See More.
“Neil is kind, curious, and engaging¡ªand, frankly, a great human being,” says President Alex Hernandez. “He will pay tribute to Dr. King and will reflect on his work to elevate people and promote racial equity. Phillips is a Harvard University graduate, a former professional basketball player, an Aspen Institute Education Entrepreneurship Fellow, and an Echoing Green/Open Society Foundation Black Male Achievement Fellow.
